The Hancock County Oldtime Fair is held at Tomlinson Run State Park in New Manchester, WV.

From the South:
Take WV Route 2 North to New Cumberland. Turn right onto WV Route 8 North and continue through New Manchester. The park entrance is just north of New Manchester on the left.

From the North or West:
Follow Ohio Route 11 South/US Route 30 East. Cross the Ohio River into West Virginia, and continue east on Route 30 to the intersection of WV Route 8. Turn right on WV Route 8 and continue south to the park's entrance (on the right).

From the East:
Follow US Route 30 West to WV Route 8 South. Turn left onto Route 8 and continue south to the park's entrance (on the right).
